By purchasing Understanding Your Puppy (the “Product”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. What’s Included

You are purchasing access to a digital download. This includes training videos, PDF guide, printable checklists
It does not include,  1-1 coaching, done-for-you services, or unlimited support unless specifically stated on the sales page.

2. Delivery

You will receive access to your PDF file immediately after purchase via [email confirmation / login details].
It is your responsibility to ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout.

3. Access

You will have access to the Product for life.
If updates are made to the Product in the future, they won't be updated on your copy unless purchased again.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this Product, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you are ready to purchase before completing checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided are for your personal or business use only. You may not share, resell, distribute, or claim them as your own.
